WHAT ARE BOLERO DRINKS?

Simply put: Bolero drinks are sugar-free powdered drinks, low in calories, practical and cheap. With Bolero Drinks you can refine your water with taste and benefit from a huge selection of flavors. With Bolero, you not only drink more because it tastes good, you also do without sugar and therefore also without calories.

ARE BOLERO DRINKS VEGAN?

Yes, bolero drinks are vegan! None of our products contain animal ingredients.

CAN BOLERO DRINKS HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT?

Bolero drinks contain no sugar and hardly any calories and are therefore ideal if you want to reduce your weight and are looking for an alternative to sugary drinks.

CAN I GET A SAMPLE?

If you are interested in bolero drinks, you can simply try our mix packages. With our mix packages you can enjoy cheap and test our products. You can find the mix packages here.

How can i see if there are allergies?

According to the Food Information Ordinance, we are legally obliged to label and highlight the most common allergens in the list of ingredients of the products if they are included as an ingredient.

CAN BOLERO DRINKS ALSO BE PREPARED AS HOT DRINKS?

Yes, our Bolero drinks can also be prepared as hot drinks.

CAN I USE THE PRODUCT AFTER THE SHELF LIFE DATE (BBD) HAS EXPIRED?

The best before date is the date up to which a food can be consumed if properly stored without any significant loss of taste, quality or health risk. Since this is a best-before date and not an expiration date, the product can still be consumed after the specified date. However, as the manufacturer, we do not guarantee the quality of our products if they are consumed beyond the best-before date. For the longest possible use of our beverage powder, we recommend that you close it well after opening, store it in a dry place and protect it from heat and moisture.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE ORDER PROCESS

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your delivery takes place within 2-5 working days. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your delivery should be prepared on Monday and arrive within the next 2-5 working days.

CAN I ALSO ORDER BY TELEPHONE?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to order by phone and we would ask you to use our clear online shop. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by email. Just write to us by email at kontakt@bolero-getraenke.de

WHICH SHIPPING SERVICE PROVIDER DOES THE PACKAGE SHIP?

We send all of our packages with the market leader DHL. You can track every package with a tracking code to make sure where your order is.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS CAN I CHOOSE?

With us you can choose between five different payment methods. Paypal, purchase on account, credit card, debit card or prepayment. You can find more information about payment and shipping here.

HOW DOES PREPAYMENT WORK AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

As soon as you have placed your order in advance, you will receive an order confirmation from us with the invoice amount to be transferred and our account details. As soon as we have received and booked the payment, your goods will be sent immediately.

CAN I HAVE THE PARCEL SENT TO A PACKING STATION OR A PO BOX?

Yes, with DHL it is also possible to deliver to packing stations.

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Yes! As soon as we have handed over the package to DHL, you will receive an email from us. In this email you will find a DHL tracking code that you can use to track your package. So you always know exactly where your parcel is.
